On Feb 25th, The St. Thomas Aquinas Institute at CU Boulder presented Dr. Patrick Lee, Chair and Director of the Institute of Bioethics at Franciscan University speaking on Abortion: The Legal Issue. The session can be divided into 3 parts of 30 minutes each. First Dr. Levi dissects the legal arguments found in the majority opinion by Supreme Court Justice Harry Blackman in the case of Roe vs. Wade. Second, Dr. Levi assembles the legal arguments supporting a pro-life position.
Lastly, the audience participated in a question and answer session. It included a CU Professor arguing the for abortion and a post abortive woman cutting through the rare air of legal and philosophy debate.
