David Bereit Speaks At Sacred Heart Of Jesus

On March 8, 2013, David Bereit, founder of 40 Days For Life, visited Boulder as part of a tour across Colorado that included Colorado Springs, Alamosa, Greeley, Fort Collins and Denver. He joined with Boulder 40 Days For Life in prayer and vigil at Boulder Abortion Clinic. Afterwards a soup and bread meal was held in Jubilee Hall at Sacred Heart Of Jesus. Following dinner, David spoke on topics including: the importance of Colorado in the spiritual against abortion, details of the 1st 40 Days For Life campaign in College Station TX, and the conversion of a church to an abortion clinic to pro-life ministry in Michigan. All who attended were moved by his talk.

Who Are we?

God is pro-life. We're a broad collection of faithful, who have answered His call. 40 Days For Life is the means through which we spread the pro-life message through prayer, fasting, vigil, education and community outreach.

In Colorado, there is broad interest in pro-life activities and in 40 Days For Life in particular. Running a campaign requires effort by a group of volunteers. The campaign directors in Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins are working together. We hope to spread the pro-life message more broadly.

What's our mission?

We want the end of abortion through a change of heart across our communities. We desire an outpouring of love for the unborn such that abortion is unthinkable. We want the medical community to acknowledge the psychological and social problems that accompany so called "safe and legal" abortions. We want society at large to rally around those in crisis pregnancies so that no one considers abortion their best choice.
